Creating an Account
Whether you play with play-money or real money, in order to enter the game lobby start playing at PokerEon you need to open an account and create your username and password. You are not required to make a deposit when opening an account.
Note that if you already have an account in Money Casino you can use the same login details to play at PokerEon.
To create a new account fill out the following details in the sign up form: Country, First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Address, City, Region, Zip/Postal code, Phone Number, and Email address. Please make sure to fill all the required fields correctly in order to be able to make deposits and withdrawals.
Save your username and password in a safe place and do not disclose them to others. Note that customer support should never ask for your password.
When you open an account you automatically get $1,000 play-money to play poker. You can refill your play chips twice every 24 hours.

Entering the Cashier
To make a deposit to the Cashier. You can enter the cashier from this page (Banking), or from the poker software. In the downloadable software click on Lobby in the menu bar and then click on Account/Cashier.
Log into your secure account by filling in your username and password and choose the options you need (deposit, withdrawal, or viewing your account statement).
Making a Deposit
You can start playing for real money in two simple steps:
1. Deposit money in your Cashier Account
2. Transfer the deposit to your Poker Account
The Cashier Account is your general account from which you transfer money to and from you Poker Account and Casino Account.
You can deposit with the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa or MasterCard
- NETeller: instant online cash transfers for international users
- Moneybookers: e-wallet for international users
- Wire Transfer: transfer from user's bank account (up to 5 days)
- Western Union: international money transfers from agents or online
- eWalletExpress: online account for US and Canadian bank account holders
- FirePay: instant online payment for US and Canadian users
- NETeller InstCash: for US users
- Nexum Financial: check processing online for US Bank account holders
- ACH: electronic funds transfer for US users
- 900Pay: deposits are charged to user's phone bill, for US users

Minimum deposit is $25
To deposit click on the Deposit tab and choose you deposit method. Fill in the amount you wish to deposit and necessary details and follow the instructions.
After making a deposit to the Cashier Account you need to transfer it to your Poker Account (or your Casino Accounts if you want to play casino games). To make a transfer click on My Account and select Transfer Funds. Fill in the amount of real money and the amount of free money you wish to transfer. In Transfer to choose Poker Account or Casino Account and click Transfer. You can transfer money back and forth from the cashier account to you poker and casino account.
Once you make your first deposit we will email you your PIN. PIN stands for Personal Identification Number and that's your I.D. number as a player in PokerEon.
Every time you wish to make a withdrawal from your account you will be requested to fill in your PIN in the withdrawal form. Please save your PIN and never disclose it to a third party.

Withdrawals
To withdraw your funds from your account, log in to the Cashier and fill in your username and password to enter the secure account. Now click on Withdraw.
You can choose between 4 withdrawal options:
- check sent by regular mail
- transferring the money to your Neteller account
- transferring the money to your FirePay account
or direct transfer to your bank account using Nexum.
Minimum withdrawal is $25.
Your PIN is necessary for requesting a withdrawal. Your PIN is sent by email after your first deposit. Please save your PIN and never disclose it to a third party.
You are entitled to make one withdrawal a week free of charge, using any of the withdrawal methods. Any subsequent withdrawals (less than 7 days apart) are charged $20 commission.
Once you order a withdrawal you request remains pending for 24 hours. During this time you can cancel your request. To cancel, log into your account through the cashier, select Withdrawal and click Cancel Pending Withdrawal.
